Port and terminal operators’ liability insurance provides coverage for businesses that manage or operate ports and terminals. It protects against liabilities arising from accidents, injuries, or damage to property while handling cargo, vessels, or equipment. This insurance also covers claims related to pollution, environmental damage, and third-party injuries that may occur within the port or terminal facilities. It helps operators manage the financial risks associated with their operations, ensuring they are protected from potential legal and contractual liabilities.
